I purchased one of your products and still haven't received my registration code.

Shortly after you purchase one of our products from our registration page, you will receive an email from Kagi, the company we use to process the order. This email will contain everything you need to register your product.

Keep an eye out for an email with the subject "Thanks for Your Purchase".

If after a few business days you still haven't received this email, then first check your junkmail folder or any other spam filter you have running to make sure that it wasn't accidentally flagged as junk.

If you have not received an email from Kagi with your registration information, then use this form to request it from us.

What do you mean by "single user license".

Single user means one user.  If you're a single person living in the same 3 dimensions plus linear time that most of use do, there aren't very many situations where more than one license would be necessary.  If you have multiple accounts on the same system, you can only have one user accessing the screen at a time, so a single user license is fine.  If you're using a powerbook and then transferring your work back to your desktop, then you're really only using our programs on one computer at at time.

If you and your significant other are using our programs on two different computers, then you need two licenses.

A single user license means a license for a single person.

I lost my registration code. Can you please send it to me again?

On occasion, a customer may sell a computer, or the computer's hard drive may crash, or any number of things could cause you to lose your registration information. If this happens, you can get your registration code again either from us or from Kagi. Each approach has its advantages.

Use Kagi's Order Tracking System. - Their system is automated, so as long as you can give them enough information to narrow down their search, you should get your registration information quickly.

Use our form to get your registration information - We will respond promptly to your request, but probably not as promptly as Kagi would. We can, however, find your registration information even if you don't know all the details of how you placed your order, and can work with you if something strange has happened.

What's Bullseye network?

After Bullseye was released, we began receiving emails from Windows users asking us to remove our spyware from their computer. Needless to say, we were confused. Apparently, there's an adware program called "Bullseye Network" that automatically installs itself on Windows computers. We in no way are affiliated with this company, and we include this missive about it only for the purposes of helping those poor souls who are looking for a way to remove it. For more information on Bullseye Network, including how to remove it, see "What's Bullseye Network" by Leo Notenboom.
