LazyMouse
saving your arm
one dialog at a time
LazyMouse is a Preference Pane that moves your cursor to the default button whenever a dialog box appears on your screen. In other words, it will save you time moving the mouse to dismiss dialogs.
Attention Safari 4.0 Users
Safari 4.0, released on June 8, 2009, appears to have an incompatibility with any program that uses the Accessibility APIs, including LazyMouse. The bug will cause Safari 4.0 to crash when you visit certain sites. There aren’t many sites that are affected by this bug, but one of them sadly is the Apple Online Store, which means that many users are experiencing this problem this week as they attempt to log on to the Apple Store to purchase the new toys announced at WWDC.
Sadly, there’s nothing that can be done to LazyMouse to fix this problem since it’s an issue with the way Safari interacts with the OS. The best advice for the moment is to either set LazyMouse to exclude Safari or turn off javascript in Safari until a fix arrives.
If you encounter this problem on any website other than the Apple Store, or if you have any more information regarding this crash, please contact us.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
System Requirements:
LazyMouse requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later to run. It should work on any Macintosh that will support Mac OS X 10.4, including Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.
OS 9:
LazyMouse will not work in Mac OS 9. Not because we're so lazy, but because Edenware already beat us to it. Their utility, "Snap-To", will do what you want.
What's new with LazyMouse 2.1
